The Titans lost to Indianapolis in their home opener, 19-17 last week. After beating the Cleveland Browns in Week 1 with a vast scoring advantage. Their match against the Colts suddenly went down. Quarterback Marcus Mariota had just 154 passing yards and a touchdown on 19 of his 28 pass completions while running back Derrick Henry had 15 carries for 81 rushing yards and a touchdown, the Titans had a chance to rise. Against the Jaguars currently led by a rookie quarterback, Tennessee should be able to control their defense well. Henry could continue his good start this season against the Jaguars’ defense, that allowing some rushing touchdowns in recent weeks.
In Gardner Minshew’s’ first start he had 213 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions with 23 of his 33 completions. Jacksonville is struggling with the defense that we saw against Houston. The Jaguars lost by a score of 13-12 against Houston, with a score of 13-3, Jacksonville started to score a field goal and seven, followed by a touchdown on a four-yard pass from Gardner Minshew to DJ Chark, who became a 1 point game with 30 seconds left. Instead of kicking for extra points, Doug Marrone chose to make for two points which resulted in their loss.
